Randall May is the Vice-President of Regulatory and Quality Assurance at Adventus Technology Australia. Mr May has 15 years experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for quality systems that are compliant with ISO 9001:1994, US 13485: 2003 and 21CFR:820. From 1985 to 1989 he was a Managing Partner in CRT Laboratories Inc., where he formed an independent material test lab specializing in chemical, physical, mechanical and thermal testing of thermoplastic products used in solid waste containment.
Mr May completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree at California State Polytechnic University, USA, in 1996. He was Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Composite Horizons Inc. from 1996 to 1999 where he developed and implemented several quality compliance systems, served as Chief Inspector for FAA Repair Station and managed US FDA product submissions.
Mr May has acted as a consultant to the medical device industry since 1999 through Randall May & Associates, specializing in quality management system design and implementation, regulatory filings and product certification audits leading to CE Marking.
